以前常常小痛,最近這半年來狀況變得很嚴重!
脊椎MRI報告想請教醫生:
您好,這是我家人去做核磁攝影出來的報告,他因為常常右腳發麻,腰常常酸痛,蠻嚴重的,都不太能彎腰,睡也睡不好!醫生說是罕見疾病,應該是家族遺傳,但是家裡或是上一代也沒這種情形這麼嚴重過,其他的他也敘述的不太清楚,想請教醫生,患者是一位24歲的男性,不知道報告上大致是什麼情況?感謝萬分
報告內容：

MRI of lumbar spine


Technique:
axial sagittal T1W, T2W
sagittal fat-sat T2W; no post GD-DTPA

the examination demonstrated signal intensity characteristic evidences consistent with:

1), down ward displacement of the spinal cord and the tethered cord was concerned.
2), string like signal intensity change in thecal sac from the level of L1-L5
(hypersingal intensity on both T1W1 and T2W1 ) in favor of fibrolipoma of filum terminale.
3), the remainder is unremarkable
(normal neural foramen. normal alignment
normal paravertebral soft tissue density,
no abnormal signal intensity of the lumbar spine )


Impression
1), tethered cord
2), bulging disc over L4-5 with spondylosis of lumbar spine
