世衛發佈警訊:入境旅客新型流行性感冒自主健康管理!

日前世界衛生組織(WHO)發出禽流感侷限性人傳人(limited human to human transmission)警訊,為防範禽流感傳染、保障您自己及親友的健康及安全,提醒您在入境10日內,配合以下自主健康管理措施:

一、勤洗手、注重個人衛生、維持居家環境的清潔與通風、避免不必要
  的探病。

二、如旅途中或入境時有出現發燒、咳嗽、喉嚨痛等類流感症狀,請於
  返台入境時,填寫「傳染病防制調查表」,並主動告知機場檢疫人
  員。

三、於入境10日內,請早、晚各量一次體溫,並詳實記錄體溫及相關行
  程(如附件表格)。


四、於入境10日內,如有發燒(>=38℃)、咳嗽、喉嚨痛等類流感症狀
  請即戴口罩,通報當地衛生局協助就醫,
並主動告知醫師旅遊及接
  觸史。

五、入境10日內,如因發燒未通報衛生主管機關,而造成國內其他人員
  感染新型流行性感冒者,將違反「傳染病防治法」第56條第1項第2
  款規定,依同法第67條規定處新臺幣3,000至15,000元不等罰鍰。

六、如有任何有關禽流感防治問題,可撥疫情諮詢專線0800-024-582或
  洽各地衛生局。

Notification of Health Self-Management for Arriving Passengers

World Health Organization has issued an alert to announce that limited human-to-human transmission of avian influenza has occurred. In order to ensure the health and safety of you and your family, please adopt the following measures of health self-management during your first ten days of arrival:

1.Wash your hands frequently and maintain good personal hygiene. Keep your household environment clean and well-ventilated, and avoid unnecessary hospital visits.

2.If you experience any symptoms of fever (338℃), coughing or sore throat while traveling or upon returning, please fill out the "Communicable Disease Survey Form" and notify the quarantine personnel at the airport.

3.Within the first ten days of arrival, please take your body temperature every morning and evening (please use the form printed on the back of this sheet).

4.Within the first ten days of arrival, if you experience any symptoms of fever (338℃), coughing or sore throat, please start wearing a mask and see a doctor immediately, and inform your doctor of your recent travel and contact history.

5.Within the first ten days of arrival, should you have a fever and fail to inform the health authorities, and transmit novel influenza to others, you will be found in violation of Article 56, Paragraph One, Subparagraph Two of the Communicable Diseases Control Act and receive a fine of NT$3000~15,000 dollars pursuant to Article 67 of the abovementioned law.

6.If you have any question about avian influenza, you may call the CDC hotline 0800-024582 or contact your local health bureau (phone numbers can be found on the back of this sheet).
