或許有許多人認為癌症是無法治癒的疾病，但在行醫這麼多年來，我個人深深覺得，只要早期發現、早期診斷、早期治療，有將近一半的癌症都是可以治癒的。除此之外，我相信：早期診斷癌症是目前的醫療觀念，但是最佳的醫療發展應該是早期「預防」癌症，包括遠離致癌物質（包括煙、酒、檳榔...等）及使用預防癌症的飲食（包括抗氧化劑...等）。
