反覆性關節炎症狀極似類風濕性關節炎，中醫可輔治

林襄穎指出，關節炎其實有多種，概括區分即有骨科之退化性關節炎或骨質病變、風濕免疫科之類風濕性關節炎、紅斑性狼瘡或乾燥症引發之關節炎、以及其他結締組織病變或自體免疫病變引發之關節炎------，種類之多，一時難以言述盡。

林襄穎表示，一般民眾較常聽聞的「類風濕性關節炎」，是風濕免疫系統病變，因自體免疫異常亢進且攻擊自身多處關節所引發。為什麼要特別描述類風濕性關節炎呢？因為，類風濕性關節炎一開始會出現身體某些關節僵硬、腫脹、疼痛。而本文討論的mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-bidi-font-family:新細明體;color:blue;

mso-font-kerning:0pt">中醫觀念當中，關節疼痛腫脹屬於「受風、受寒、受濕氣」這三者所害。因此，中醫治療也以「疏風、去寒、化解濕氣」為第一治療法則。另外，每位病人各有五臟六腑的強弱，中藥調理五臟六腑即是第二治療法則。所以兩種治療法則搭配起來，即是治標又治本的好功夫。

葉女士是典型的反覆性關節炎患者，她是中醫所說的「肝血不足、風濕兼有」的體質，治療以當歸、川芎、白芍來滋養肝血，再加羌活、獨活、防風、蒼朮、薏仁、桑枝、白芷化解風濕，原本手指與膝蓋關節疼痛達兩年的病情，服藥後明顯減輕，還可做一般家事，足見中藥調理對本病確有幫助。

林醫師強調，很多患者常因熬夜或睡不好、或是飲食過度辛辣刺激、或過度自服補藥即會導致病情加重，因此，本病病患應避免以上情形，確實做到正常作息、均衡飲食，對改善病情有正面幫助。
